Exchanges
Cancellations
Refunds

Bonnet/edge wrap accessories
All digital and physical products

 


Why?

Once hair or personal-care products leave our facility, they cannot be restocked or resold. This protects product quality and customer safety.

Wrong or Damaged Items Only

If you receive a wrong item or damaged product, email us within 48 hours of delivery:

Order number
Photos of the problem
Packaging photos

We will gladly review and assist with a replacement if applicable.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
