Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.

Slayed by Shadia Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returns due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us, you must pay a reshipment fee.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers must file a claim directly with USPS/UPS for missing packages.
